    After initially being rejected for my claim, Guerrini & Thompson was my first phone call after another friend’s recommendation. They began correspondence with me on that same day, gathering information to make sure they could help me. They quickly jumped in and I felt like I had an extended family fighting for me. Betsy and I worked tirelessly together bringing together the details. She was so organized and delightful to speak with that we began to visit for a few quick minutes before transferring me to John (and Bernie, when I first began). She always brings a smile to my face now when we talk and yet remains so professional. I’ve been with this team for years now and they not only got things reversed and my illness covered; but I feel like I gained strong allies and friends for life.
