The firm works on the basis of a contingency fee contract for services rendered. The firm is paid a percentage of the amount of money recovered for you by way of settlement or court judgment. You pay nothing unless the firm is successful in making a recovery for you.
The firm will advance the money for claim/case expenses, which you will reimburse to my firm if a recovery is made for you. If there is no recovery, you do not need to reimburse the firm for those expenses. The firm bears the risk of having to pay the expenses if a recovery is not made.
The attorney’s fees are taken from any recovery before reimbursement of claim/case expenses are subtracted.
