Mr. Guerrini has practiced law since November of 1978.
He started his practice with large defense firms engaging in an insurance defense pratice including personal injury, property and casualty, and professional liability cases. Mr. Guerrini started his own firm in 1992 and has concentrated on ERISA/individual long-term disability claims since 1997. 

Mr. Guerrini was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1978. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Districts Courts: Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Guerrini graduated from St. Edward’s University in 1969 with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry. He spent six years as a pilot in the United States Marine Corps before attending law school in 1975. He graduated in 1978 from the University of Houston School of Law, with a J.D., magna cum laude.

Mr. Guerrini is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Association For Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.
